Book Review: The Empty Envelope (Ron Roy)

emptyenvelopeThis story talks about when Dink had gotten five envelopes. The fifth had a stamp with an upside-down plane and cost $50,000. A woman named Doris Duncan told DinkĀ  that the stamp was hers but it wasn’t.

Then it was six o’clock and Doris Duncan came back with a man named Otto Bird. Suddenly, Otto Bird saw the kids with the stamp and he chased them.

When they were safe Ruth Rose called them and talked to them as a crook. She said to them to meet her in the library and bring $500 with them. At the end they got arrested in the library.
